#1 Your Mattress is Squeaky 

 A squeaky mattress is a sign of an old mattress. Your springs get worn over time if they speak at your every move your mattress should be replaced. Don't forget, you'll need to replace your box springs too! Why wouldn't you want to replace a mattress that squeaks all the time anyway? 

#2 You Often Wake Up Sore 

If you find yourself waking up to your body being sore your mattress is probably wearing out. Over time, your springs lose their spring and the top of your mattress loses its compression. When your mattress no longer bounces back, you're not getting the support your body needs for a good night's sleep. 



#3 You Don't Feel Rested 

If you've slept all night and you wake up not feeling rested, your mattress may be to blame. If you find yourself tossing and turning then your mattress isn't doing its job.

If your mattress is more than eight years old, its lived a good life but its time to be out with old and in with the new.

#5 Visible Lumps and Valleys in your Mattress 

This should be an obvious one but if your mattress currently has lumps and sags its definitely time to upgrade. You may be trying to prolong the life of your mattress as long as possible, but if your bed has lumps you're not getting the support you need and your sleep is more than likely suffering. 

#6 You're Sneezing in the Morning 

Over the years, your mattress collects dust mites and this can cause you some serious allergy problems. Your mattress can be cleaned but if the problem persists it probably bests to ditch the old mattress.
