The science behind this is it takes about 20-30 min for caffeine to kick in. If you combine a caffeine intake with a 20-minute power nap, you should wake up feeling refreshed!

Just like you want you to be comfy when you lay down to sleep at night, you should choose a comfy spot to take a nap too. This will be different for some but it's all in what works best for you.
